
Concert
Ms. Goodman is an in-demand oratorio soloist, performing repertoire including the Mozart Requiem, Bach Magnificat, Brahms Ein Deutsches Requiem, Dvorak Te Deum & Mass in D, and Charpentier Te Deum. She is a member of AGMA.
Trained in Mandarin lyric diction, Ms. Goodman has toured internationally with Echoes of Ancient Tang Poems and the iSING! International Festival, where she was a Young Artist in 2019. She has performed the work in London, Beijing, New York City, and Philadelphia since 2023, including with the Philadelphia Orchestra and Maestro Marin Alsop.
Beyond classical music, Ms. Goodman has sung as a pops concert soloist with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra and was a quarterfinalist in the 2024 American Traditions Competition, competing with performances in the opera, jazz, and modern singer-songwriter genre categories. As a member of Actors' Equity and SAG-AFTRA, Ms. Goodman has also appeared in The Hunchback of Notre Dame with McCoy Rigby Entertainment at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts and as a costar on television’s Glee. She has also workshopped and premiered several new musicals, including at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, with the Los Angeles-based theater incubator New Musicals, Inc.
As a cabaret artist, singer-pianist, and Great American Songbook arranger, Ms. Goodman has performed in both LA and NYC, including at Sterling’s Upstairs at the Federal, the E Spot Lounge, Upstairs at Vitello’s, and Don’t Tell Mama. She has toured her solo Great American Songbook cabaret in New York, California, Connecticut, and Texas.
An active performer of Jewish music, Ms. Goodman has served as guest cantorial soloist for Congregation Shma Koleinu in Houston since 2018, where she sings in a broad variety of genres and vocal styles, ranging from classical liturgical music to contemporary pop, folk, and bluegrass.
